I had a family farm to sell and for a year I had it on the market with no luck. I had several realtors call and meet with me trying to convince me to sign with them. I wasn’t impressed. One day Brett called me and like all the others I told him no. Brett was persistent and kept calling. The more I listened to him the more convincing he was. I finally agreed to let him list my property. He got to work as soon as the contract was signed. He had a professional video and photos made, listed the property and we began a journey together. I agreed to 3 months. Brett was easy to work with. He kept me informed by a text or call every couple of days. Finally he calls and tells me he has a buyer. I had previously picked a Title Company and Brett agreed to use it for the closing. From the time the offer was made till we closed was two weeks. Everything went smoothly on the day of closing and the new buyers were as happy as I am. I would give Brett 10 stars but there’s only 5 listed so I will give Brett all 5 with a big heartfelt thank you.

Brett is an incredible person and realtor. He made the house hunting and buying process very smooth. I expected to be more stressed out, but he was on top of everything and kept us updated. I’ll add that we weren’t the easiest to please; example: we want a pool and a detached shop or a yard big enough for those things but we also don’t want a big yard to maintain but big enough to have a garden. That’s just one of many very specific almost contradictory must haves he was trying to find for us. Also, Brett was super patient with our 3 year old. He would help keep her entertained while we looked around houses, and he was sure to remember her must haves also (emphasis on a roof). I think they became best friends. Brett was able to narrow down what we really wanted, and help decide if a house was worth moving forward on. He continued to work hard once we found our home even though the whole deal was a bit strange (post occupancy: don’t worry, he can handle out of the ordinary). Brett went above and beyond to make sure we found a home perfect for us, and I will be forever grateful to him for having such a smooth experience buying our first home.
